They’re configured by a manager and automatically evaluated each night — using the rich metrics Übik already tracks, such as:
- Average serving times by appointment type
- Appointment count by type
- Total serving minutes
- Utilization % and gap time between appointments
- Species counts
- Chart completeness and medical note quality
The next time an employee checks in for work, Übik shows them any new achievements they’ve earned — turning every shift into an opportunity to grow.
⚙️ How It Works
Creating an Achievement is simple. In the Service Editor, a manager defines:
- Name — e.g. “Efficiency Master”
- Scope — currently employee-level
- Metric — choose from dozens of tracked performance stats
- Threshold — the target value
- Comparison — greater than, less than, or equal to
- Badge Image — visual reward for the employee profile
Once saved, Übik automatically evaluates all active Achievements nightly, awards new ones, and sends notifications to both the employee and their manager.
If a time log or serving record needs adjustment, managers are notified immediately — keeping records clean and payroll accurate.
