Refund Policy

Every subscription payment can be refunded within 14 days—no exceptions.

Overview

Übik subscriptions are intentionally flexible, and most plans can be changed or canceled at the end of a billing period. Every subscription charge (including renewals) is eligible for a full refund if you request it within 14 days of the charge—no exceptions. After that window, we honor refunds only where required by law or when we materially misrepresented the product.

When a Refund May Apply

  • Any subscription charge (including renewals) if you request a refund within 14 days of the charge.
  • If we materially misrepresented core capabilities during the sales process.
  • If applicable law requires a refund or credit.
  • If we confirm a duplicate charge or billing error.

What Is Not Refundable

  • Charges outside the 14-day window unless required by law.
  • Setup, onboarding, or professional service fees once work has begun.
  • Third-party pass-through costs (for example, messaging, payment, or lab services).

Cancellations

You can cancel anytime; cancellation stops future billing at the end of the current term. Access continues through the paid period unless we agree in writing to an earlier cutoff.

Billing Questions

If you believe a charge is incorrect, contact us within 15 days of the invoice date and include details about the charge and your clinic. We will review promptly and respond with next steps.
