The straightforward rules for using Übik in your clinic.

Acceptance and Scope

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Übik’s software, websites, and related services (the “Services”). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself and, if applicable, the organization you represent.

Accounts and Access

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials and for all activity under your account.
  • You will ensure that users in your clinic have the right to share the information they enter and that they comply with these Terms.
  • You are responsible for all content submitted to the Services and for complying with applicable laws and professional obligations when using Übik.

Fees and Billing

  • Subscriptions and add-ons are billed in advance on a recurring basis according to your plan. Taxes may apply.
  • Payments are non-refundable except as required by law or as described in our Refund Policy.
  • We may suspend or limit access for unpaid invoices. Pricing or plan changes will be communicated in advance when required.

Permitted Use

  • Do not misuse the Services, interfere with their normal operation, or attempt unauthorized access.
  • Do not upload unlawful, harmful, or infringing content, and do not use Übik to send unsolicited or harassing messages.
  • Respect the intellectual property rights of Übik and third parties. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive license to use the Services for your clinic’s operations.

Availability and Changes

We aim to keep the Services highly available and will communicate significant changes when possible. From time to time we may update features, interfaces, or documentation. Übik is not liable for downtime or delays caused by events outside our reasonable control.

Data and Privacy

You retain ownership of the data you submit. You grant Übik the right to use and process that data to provide and improve the Services, subject to our Privacy Policy. Each party will handle confidential information with reasonable care.

Termination

  • You may cancel at any time; access remains through the paid period unless we agree otherwise.
  • We may suspend or terminate access for material breaches, non-payment, or misuse.
  • Upon termination, you should export needed data; we may delete data after a reasonable period unless law requires retention.

Disclaimers

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, Übik disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Übik’s total liability arising out of or related to the Services is limited to the fees paid to Übik for the Services in the three (3) months before the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages.
